No reason, really. He just didn't feel like sitting still for photos today.
Our resident philosopher however, the enigmatic RD, posed gracefully for a deep-thinking, contemplative sort of shot:
Piper wouldn't sit still for any shot. And to add insult to injury, that's Tweed's precious Orbee ball in her greedy little jaws. You can't see him in this photo, but off to the side Tweed is hyperventilating about the theft.
Once I retrieved his ball for him, he was happy to pose.
Lars is sick-to-death of me pointing the camera at him. I mean, he rolled his eyes at me and everything. Bossy little turd.
We were trying to get Lars and Cooper both in a shot together, but Cooper kept getting to his feet. Cookie Uncle kept telling him to "lie down!" and Lars - though he was already down - thought it was directed at him, and got down as much as any dog can get down.
The sun came out in fits and starts today. It made for some nice lighting.
But not for Woo.

Those are great pictures
How is super model Red Dog? Is his eye better or, better yet, back to normal? Love the tongue.
What happened to puppy pictures? We need puppy pictures before they get all grown up and go off to their forever homes.
I just love your dogs and your photography captures their personalities perfectly.
Poor Lars... how low did you want him to go?
Great pics as always.
*sigh* No Woo? My day just turned sour. Guess I'll go in the archives and look at some Woo/Fifa pictures.
isn't it lovely when the light cooperates, even if The Woo didn't?
Gimme puppies!!! I'm having serious merle-withdrawl (although not enough to adopt merley-cuteness of my own)
