I apologize

for screwing up Tweed's Snooker run today and sending him into a tunnel that was not part of my plan.

There. I said it. I messed up.

Onward and upward! It can only get better ... right?

Are you there doG? It's me, Tweed. Plz give me a decent handler. kthxbai.

So sorry. I don't know which is worse on an agility course - you screwing up or the dog screwing up though dogs usually screw up because we screwed up first. Hey, it will just make the final ATCH run that much sweeter.

Was it a good run anyway? The Qs are great but lots of great runs are NQs. Onward and upward.

It seems that bad agility luck is running rampant this month. Sorry it hit you, too.

Hey...I just wanted to say your photos are great, and so are the stories that go along with them. Like everyone else, I cried at the Red Dog post and gave Stella (my soul-dog) an extra big hug when I got home.

Thanks for bein' awesome!

Dear Food Lady,

I seem to remember an earlier agility trial in which it seemed Tweed's one and only goal was your absolute mortification. So there -- now you're even. If he's got a brain in his head, he'll thank doG for you every day, like we all do when we read 3WAAW.

I feel your pain - I am always doing stuff like that (albeit not at such a high level!) I definitely feel I'm holding Barney's agility progress back these days. He doesn't seem to mind though - he loves it all the same, and I'm sure the same goes for Tweed!

Mellie, too, would like to buy me the T shirt that says, "Please direct me to the handler trade-in tent." The thing is, she was bred to do agility, whereas my parents never would have passed their hip and eye clearances.

Mellie sends Tweed her sympathy. And I send you mine.

Yes, there's always next time.
