Flamboyances In Love

I can't even tell where one stops and the other begins.

Meet Mr. Woo's latest lady friend, Chloe.

Chloe comes to TDBCR by way of a shelter in the BC Interior, where she had been adopted and returned 3 times since she was a puppy. Or make that, since she was a wee puppy, as at 15 months Chloe is still pretty much just a big puppy.

She is a very pretty girl who is reportedly of a Border Collie Mama and a Shetland Sheepdog Daddy. We aren't really seeing the sheltie at all though. She is a real sweetheart of a dog - trainable, good natured and athletic, and she will be up for adoption through TDBCR shortly. She is being fostered by Dove of Happy Dogs.

If I could have another dog I would snap her up in a heartbeat, if only to make Mr. Noodles beyond happy. He wuvs her.

They speak the same (body) language.

They both love to dance.

Although Mr. Woo doesn't really like her stealing his limelight.

Get.Out.Of.MYSHOTCHLOE!!

And they both ate my hamster.

KIDDING KIDDING! YEESH.

Piper was miffed.

What the f*ck is that beeyotch doing with my man?

No worries Piper. Wootie stills loves you too.

Hey baby, gimme some Mad Teeth (tm). Oh yeah, you know what I like.

Mr. Woo loves ALL da ladies in da hoooow-oose.

Phwoar. That was some good Mad Teeth(tm)

Hello, can you help me? I'm lost. I don't belong in this blog entry at all.

Tweed was confused (shocking, I know). Because Parker and Harriet are staying with Auntie Dove at the mo while Auntie Jackie (Ed. note: beeyotchfromhell) is in Belize.

So while there Jackie dogs, there were no fabulous Jackie bum scritchin's to be had.

I'll just sit here and wait for someone to scritch my heiney.

la la la. Just sittin' here, waiting for scritches.
Poor Tweed.

I can has forever home now please?

Don't forget to check out some of the other fabulous dogs we have for adoption at TDBCR!

I love your blog, your dogs, and your sense of humour. I never doubted Hammy's safety either.
I am interested in dog photography and live on Vancouver Island. I have 3 bearded collies that are related to Molly McNamara's beardies. Some day Molly and I are going to have to visit Vancouver together and meet you and your pooches in person!

Yay! greyhound sighting again (and so soon) on your blog! Dan (my greyhound) and I are proud. He thinks someday you will realize the black and white greyhounds are just as cool a BCs. I love the menagerie of breeds that show up on your blog. Dogs are not very social in my area, we don't have dog parks. Dan is sad because of it. He is glad I let him surf the net and read blogs like yours :)

She's gorgeous, and about the same age as my boy! How she could have been through three homes already boggles the mind :(

Such is young love! Sigh. My goldenish border collie Hannah is sooo jealous of the fab Miss Chloe. She had secretly hoped to one day, despite the continent separating her from her heart's one desire, steal the heart of the dashing Mr. Woo, and that they would live happliy ever after in flamboyant screechbarkcollietalkback happines. Alas, it's not meant to be. :( Love can be so cruel.

The same body language picture of Chloe and Mr. Woo made me gasp. I don't blame Piper for being a little worried.

Best post ever! Been lurking for ages, just in awe. Thanks for making extra hilarity out of the hamster comments: some people just volunteer to be the straight man and you can only respond accordingly. Thanks, food lady. Every post gives me a smile.

Okay. I have been waiting patiently to see Chloe. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting.

And then?

KABLAMM!

There she is in all of her stunning glory!
And the bloodlust is all but gone from her eyes! (that was a funny- for those that take this very seriously...)

Thank you so much for helping out and taking her on!

And, when the time comes, I will send you balls and balls of hammies... which actually sounds dirty AND festive at the same time...

Chloe is gorgeous and there is something shepherd-like about her. She and Woo certainly do make a pair. Great recovery (via commentary) after cutting her head off in one shot. :-) As always, your posts bring smiles.

I never expected to ever see another tail that could compare to the Flamboyance, but Chloe certainly seems to be blessed with excess tail! Sure looks like love to me. (I'm a tiny bit jealous of such a hot babe!)

Oh my gosh, she is gorgeous!! Reminds me a lot of Zoe, in fact - other than the whole being-outgoing and acting somewhat like a normal dog thing. Goodness, good thing I live so far away. I think I'm in love.

Yay! Another blog entry! Is that three this week?

Chloe and Woo dancing is too cute. Could be mirror images, those two (other than coat color... oops! I mean COLOUR)

Thanks for all the entertaining entries recently. I agree with the comment about playing the straight man. Just too funny! HAMm's beer is one lucky rodent.

I just noticed the new Big Air logo. I like it! It is so subtle it has taken how many entries for me to pick up on it? Bravo. :)

Chloe is gorgeous! But don't let Avis know I said that - she wants to say that tails are over-rated 'cause it is all in the way you SHAKE your BOOTY! Aussie butts RULE! And Chloe should get her paws off the Woo Man 'cause he is her little slice of mixed breed beef cake.

Oh, why do you torture me, Food Lady? I *love* Chloe, but live too far south. Plus, I have a needy only dog. *sigh*

Never thought I'd see another tail like the Wootie's, but Chloe sure gives him a run for the money!
I sure hope I can get up to your neck of the woods some time again; would love to have you shoot DejaBleu.
