Well That Ain't Right

For some people, the universe just drops opportune shit right into their laps. This happens to me sometimes ... like the bag full of baby/toddler hats I found in a random box at work. My work has nothing to do with kids. I can't explain it.

But I CAN exploit it.

Children Of The Corn

What? The hats fit their little pinheads like they were meant for them.

Srsly.

I did get the Death Stare from Wootie though.

I think he took his cue from Miss Piper

Wha' choo talkin' bout Willis?

Dusty got inducted into the Stuff On My Dogs game too.

"Hey catface ... is this woman for real?"

I dunno. Tweed has a good sense of humour about the whole thing.

Piper ... not so much. She is just so earnest.

Freudian Kitty wants to know why such a diagnosis should disturb you.

I dunno. It's just not right. I don't know why I do this to my poor dogs.

ha ha. yes I do.

sick.

Thanks for that ... I was moping around feeling kinda down and I decided to check your blog ... Felt good to laugh out loud - especially the death stare from Woo - too funny!

Sorry to disappoint Alaska, but Dusty is NOT staying with me. The fact that I do not want 4 dogs aside, I also do not want Dusty. He is a lovely, sweet dog but I feel very little bond with him, and will be quite happy to see him go :)

Oh, the indignity! Love the picture of Dusty and Angry Donut - can't believe you don't want him.

Is Tweed's leg getting better?

What can I say? The personality of the Australian Shepherd does not mesh well with me. If I were going to have an Aussie, Dusty would be it ... but I am not going to have one!

Tweed is still relegated to on-leash walks only. Yesterday he tried to make a break for it and he wrenched my neck / back something fierce. And he is still limping. No winning at the 3Woofs house!

Keep up the sick humor, we are loving it!

Hope your pack is doing well.

I am starting to think that Donut has a fair amount of control over your impulses to dress the dogs in toddler hats, whether you know or not.

They look like they're rehearsing for a production of Pollyana. Now if you could find a bag of clothes with empire waists they could do a TWAAW production of Pride and Prejudice!

Love the pictures!! Why didn't Angry Donut get a hat?

I know what you mean about not feeling it with a foster dog. We just placed one like that(Zumie on Independent BC page). Love them, care for them, want the best for them, but don't want to live with them for the next 15 years!

Hahaha! I wonder if there are newborn hats small enough for the Donut?

LOL! I love it when you dress up your dogs!

And I love the one of Donut and Dusty!!

Convince my boyfriend that 2 dogs are better then one so we can adopt Dusty and he can come live our Aussie!!! ;)

You misunderstood. I meant that you will never find someone to adopt a dog that dresses in baby hats. Better to give him a cigar and tophat to model, or some such.

Far be it from me to wish another dog on you. I've got my hands fully full with a mere two of 'em. Plus, a steady stream of fosters passing through makes for a more diverse and entertaining blog....

Piper looks fetching in pink...goes really well with her fur. And the Death Stare...we call it "Evil Ojo" down South. Where are the hats for Angry Donut??! I see him as a beret kinda kitty. Well wishes to my man Tweedster.

Hey, I have baby hats! I now know what to do with them. . .

Miss you and your wit!

How thoughtful of you to come up with an activity everyone can participate in--even Tweed with his sore leg.

Sadistic! It's just plain sadistic I tell ya!
Poor Tweedles is scared for life now! He's just given up and lost it!
Send Tweed to me... I'll ship Bounce up there... I can rehab Tweed and you can pervert Bounce!

This is totally off subject. Just checked That'll Do Rescue and Bear has been adopted. That was fast. Did Cookie Uncle adopt Bear?

Piper looks awfully much like she likes her pink and white striped cap! And I think she looks very cute in it.
