The peep post is so great! I love your sense of humor and pictures of your amazing pets!I have been intrigued by this blog for a while. I was wondering if you would consider adding me to your blog list. I would be so flattered if I could be one of the buddies. Thank you so much! Kasha and Africa
Yeah he saved my butt, but mainly because he was fixated on that far jump and he *chose* to listen when I called him in. He was also fixated on the tunnel to his right on the start line, which is why I had to go out and around the standard on his left to do his lead out, so he knew where I was going, otherwise I am 90% sure we would have had an off course tunnel straight off the line! Obsessive little monster :)
I need to stand up straight when I run. There have been threats to put me in a corset. It's 100 times worse with Piper because she is shorter, so I crouch more, and when I am bent over like that, and then remember and stand up straight, I shoot her like a slingshot way way way out.
Learn a lesson from my crummy handling kids - stand up straight and listen to your teacher!
Great run. I love the "hey, hey, hey!" at the end. At least you are not in the habit of saying, "Tweed, damn it!" like I am. Only I don't call Bella Tweed, 'cause that would be weird.
Maybe you need to stand up straight more, but your footwork was awesome! I've done agility before, so I know it can be tricky to remember which way you want to turn and twist and point your body... Tweed an you both did great!

Ha ha ha ha - we call it "butt handling" down here. And when you are bent over, you are inevitably pushing them directly towards the object you are trying to avoid. I just did it with Cinder last weekend :-)

"you are obviously a very engaging writer, you take great pics, and your dogs... well words barely describe their wonder... have you ever thought about taking these antics and making them into childrens books. Something to the idea of 3 woofs and a woo: fifa goes missing. Or 3 woofs and a woo: look out hollywood. Just a thought."

Tweed in action is awesome! I wish my dogs would run around like that... but they're basset hounds. Their bred to sleep and eat and howl.
That was awesome, and a nail-biter at the end.
That was so fun to watch! Congrats Tweed!!
NICE save by Tweed at the end! You didn't do so poorly yourself :-)
CONGRATS!!
Nice run Tweed!
Beautiful run, FL and Tweedster!
Tweed does run his heart out for you, doesn't he? I absolutely saw that in this run.
Good luck with the job search!
Hooray!!
That is just so cool! Sorry, lame comment, but sincere.

Very nice! I'm hoping to get my Aussie boy, Copper into agility in the near future.
Aww. I linked to YT and saw the old videos of Red Dog and you running agility together. Sweet. Made me smile.
